Question: How to place a order?

Answer：We have the following steps to guide you. In any case you still have issue to place an order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be glad to assist you.

1. Search on our website the product based on bearing part number or the outer/inner diameter and width.

2. Modify the quantity by clicking the minus "-" or the plus "+" symbols, and once the proper quantity is selected, then click "Add to cart"

3. Add all your items to your cart, then head to the “Checkout”, You could verify the the product name, quantity and price.

4. If a new client, click to create an account, if not, you may sign in to your existing one. Input your shipping address, and verify the shipping cost.

5. Select the method of payment you'd like to use. Modify the billing address if needed.

6. Once you've done all the steps and your order is ready, click "Place Order".

Question: What if I forgot my password?

Answer: Click “Login” link on the Site, you can click the link that says”Find password”, the password will be send to your mail.

Question: Is there a minimum order quantity?

Answer:No, we do not have a minimum order quantity, and you can even order a single bearing from our Site.

Question: How to get quote if I place a large volume order?

Answer: Click on the link that says “Wholesale/Dealer Orders”button, then write your message on the right of the page. You could also just simply send us the mail at cs@bearinguru.com.

Question: How much is the shipping cost?

Answer: Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping address and consequent the prices. The shipping cost is automatically calculated after your input of the shipping address.

Question: Do you deliver to my country?

Answer: We deliver the bearings to most of the countries around world. When you register your account, you will be asked your shipping address, if the country is not listed in the drop-down menu, unfortunately we can not ship to your country. However, you can contact our customer service at cs@bearinguru.com, maybe we can handle your order off-line.

Question: What are my payment choices?

Answer: You may choose any of our available payment options during the checkout process and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

. Question: When will my credit card be charged?

Answer: We will charge your credit card less than 12 hours prior to the shipment of your items.

Question: What can I do if I can not find the bearing on your website?

Answer: We consistently updated new bearings on our Site, however we can’t guarantee that we have the bearing as you required on our website. Please contact our customer service at cs@bearinguru.com, our bearing expert will find what you require off-line, or the equivalent bearing replacement solution.

Question: What is your “Low Price Guarantee”?

Answer: It is our commitment to provide the QUALITY bearing at LOWEST price possible for the customers around the world. We also offer the “money saving” solution to replace your existing bearing products for end-user customers, however we have a strict engineering, quality, and production validation process to ensure our economic bearing solution meet your technical requirement consistently.

Question: How to exchange the right bearing if I order the wrong one?

Answer: No worry, please contact our customer service at cs@beairnguru.com, or just simply follow up our Return Guild on the Site.

Question: Can I place an order over the phone?

Answer: It’s not suggested to place the order by phone due to lack of tracking record. Just send us the email at cs@bearinguru.com, or call our customer service and we will guide you to place the order on our Site.

Question: Where do you source all your products from?

Answer: We have the bearings purchased all over the world, either directly from the bearing manufacturers or through their approved distribution channels. We sell various bearing bands, including global brands, China top brands, or some brands from other countries.

Question: How do you protect user privacy information?

Answer: We value your privacy. Please view our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we collect and use the information

Question: Can I have you visit my factory for the technical support?

Answer: We offer our end-user customers on-site bearing engineering support, including bearing calculation, bearing design, and also testing verification/validation. We could work with end-user based on APQP process to ensure bearing quality consistency.

Question: Do you charge bearing testing cost?

Answer: We could offer bearing test to our customers who may not have the business with us, however we will charge reasonable testing cost according to the testing hours. We could also contract with our end-user customers to form a product development or a VA/VE project, to supply economic production bearings. In these cases, the testing could be free of charge.

Question: What is the “Bearing Library” on your Site for?

Answer: Bearing is the commodity to certain extent, however in order to choose the right bearing for right application, you need to have the level of bearing knowledge. We setup bearing library on the Site to offer basic bearing theory, application knowledge, bearing catalog/specification, and bearing training materials etc.

Question: Can I send you a sample bearing to match up for me?

Answer: The simple answer is “YES”. We offer similar bearing to replace or match the sample that are sent by our customers. Please contact us and discuss with our customer service at cs@bearinguru.com, before sending us any packages or products. We do not cover your sample shipping costs.

For economic purpose, we could also offer the service to replace current bearing solution, most likely with the end-user customers.
