PEER

The predecessor of PEER was called Archer Bearing Company, founded in 1941. In 1961, it officially changed its name to PEER Bearing Company. In 1995, PEER established its first factory in Xinchang, Zhejiang, called Xinchang PEER. Four years later, in 1999, PEER established the Changshan PEER factory in Zhejiang. In 2003 and 2005, PEER established sales companies and warehouses in the United Kingdom and also established Shanghai PEER Company. In 2008, SKF acquired PEER, allowing PEER to continue its operations as an independent brand. After joining SKF, PEER established sales and engineering centers in São Paulo, Brazil, and Germany in 2009 and 2010, respectively.

PEER offers a full range of agricultural bearings, radial bearings, mounted bearings, and tapered roller bearings for various applications in agriculture, distribution, electrical, fluid, industrial transmission, material handling, highways, and non-highway sectors. PEER focuses on incorporating customer application requirements into product design, striving to meet both performance and cost-effectiveness, thus gaining sustainable market competitiveness. In July 2019, SKF integrated PEER Europe with SKF Europe, while PEER USA continues to operate as an independent brand.
