We hope you satisfy what you have ordered! However, in case you're not satisfied, we endeavour to make every effort to fulfil valid requests for returns and will refund authorized returns as quickly as possible.
Please do not return any items to us without first contacting us to discuss the return of your unwanted items. No returned goods will be accepted without our previous authorization and Return Goods Authorization number (RGA #).
Please contact our customer service with the following details, if you wish to return the unwanted orders:
1. Your contact information - Name, address, email and phone number
2. Your date of purchase, and invoice or order number
3. Your returned goods and volume
4. An acceptable reason of return
You may return original unused items within 20 days from its delivery date in order to be exchanged or refunded.
1. If we mistakenly shipped you an incorrect products that did not match your order, we will re-ship your order and provide you a RGA # and cover return shipping costs.
2. The return items not due to our error, may be subject to a handling charge and the value of the goods only will be refunded if the goods are deemed as an acceptable condition. Returns for incorrectly ordered goods will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on the original order can not be refundable, and return shipping is not provided. Please write your RGA# on the return package.
3. Special ordered products, precision bearings, and customized products are not returnable. Used items, damaged items, disassembled items that were not the same as originally shipped will not qualify for a refund. Returned goods without a Return Goods Authorization number (RMA#) will be rejected.
4. The product inspection and the refunds will take 7-10 working days after receiving your returned items, and wherever possible via your original payment method.
